DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship with UPS primarily for all destinations and with USPS by request. Orders placed by 2:00pm PST of in-stock items ship the same day. DZR shoes ship within 24 hours. If you have purchased a "back-order" item, please expect a two to three week wait for delivery. Depending on where you're located, ground shipping generally takes 3-7 days for delivery from time of shipment. All orders will default to "signature required" unless specfically requested.

Mission Workshop only charges sales tax to orders shipped in California.

BAG MANUFACTURING

From the initial design and prototyping to the actual manufacturing and finishing, every step of our bag's production goes down right here in America. Domestic manufacturing allows us to be hands on with every single iota of our productís evolution, giving us the ability to evaluate and fine tune each step of the fabrication process and assure quality in every stitch.

Worldwide shipping should be used for orders to Africa, South America, Russia, Bermuda, Israel, Malayasia, Indonesia, or other countries not mentioned above, please use our $90 Worldwide Flat Rate. International orders will need to be verified and this may take us several days. We will only ship internationally to the recipient address on file with your credit card company. This will be verified by a phone call to the issuing bank.

Our flat rate is for the shipping cost only and does not include duties, taxes, or other import charges levied by the importing country. For USPS orders, please allow an extra day for order processing and any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

ORDER STATUS / TRACKING MY ORDER

We will generally ship your order within 24 hours unless it's a weekend or a holiday. If there's a problem with your order and we anticipate a delay we will contact you through email.

A tracking number is automatically generated and then sent to your email given when we process your order. Domestic orders will ship the same day if received before 12:00PM Pacific Time M-F if item is in-stock. If item is back-ordered, typically it will take 2-4 weeks to ship and you will be contacted by us with updates on your order status. BAG CLEANING

The best way to wash your Mission Workshop bag is with water, yep, just water. You can either rub the dirt off with your hands or else you can scrub the pack with a soft brush. You should be able to get most of the dirt off this way. If you feel that you need to use soap, use a mild or pure soap and rinse the pack thoroughly to remove any residue. Don't use a dryer of any sort, just be patient and hang it up and wait for it to dry.

WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. We back up our products so if youíre not happy for any reason let us know and weíll do everything we can to remedy the situation.

If you have a warranty claim, send us a detailed email with pictures of the problem to info@missionworkshop.com and then follow the below instructions to ship us your bag to be fixed.

2. Complete the form: Tell us why youíre returning the item and if you want to exchange, refund, or repair the item. You can fill the form out while online and print it directly from your computer.

3. Get a Return Shipping Label: Click Here. Fill in your return address while online and print it directly from your computer. You can just fold the entire printed page in half and tape it to the box. You can also use your own shipping label or the label provided by the freight company you are using. Our therapist says weíre too accommodating, but in this instance, we donít think thatís a bad thing.

4. Ship It: UPS, FedEx or the Post Office all deliver to our address. You can even dispatch a messenger to deliver it if you want. Be sure to include the completed Return Form or other instructions in the box. Please ship in a way that allows you to track your package because if we donít receive it, we wonít be able to give you a refund. So it goes without saying, donít entrust your delivery with the crazy guy on the corner who swears that he has forty toes. Heís just plain unreliable.

5. Check Your Email: if you included an email address with your return form, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and credited. Your refund or exchange should be processed within a couple of days after we receive your package.

Mission Workshop is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect is only used to process your order. We will never pass along your personal information or order details to outside parties unless it relates to the fulfillment of your order (UPS for example when we ship your order). Likewise, e-mails submitted for our mailing lists will be used for only the list(s) that you sign up for, and NEVER given to any third party for ANY reason.

When you visit Mission Workshop some information is automatically collected, such as your computer's operating system and browser type, version, if your browser is JavaScript enabled and if cookies are accepted, screen resolution, color and depth. We collect this information through the use of cookies and logs. We may automatically collect certain information through the use of "cookies." This helps us to improve the MissionWorkshop.com by seeing where things work and where they may fail for certain users (mobile or small laptops for instance). As with e-mails, this is never shared or made public in anyway and it is purely used for our own website diagnostics.

BACK-ORDER AND PRE-ORDER HANDLING

In the case of an order for a high demand item, whether that is an Arkiv Bag or apparel item, we often run a pre-order or take back-orders to ensure those who order receive product as soon as it is finished. Mission Workshop will charge your card to ensure your reservation of the product and we will ship it to you as soon as we can. Please take note of delivery times posted on the site, and reach out to us on email (info@missionworkshop.com) if you need the product by a certain time. When an item is on Back-Order it will typically take about 2-4 weeks before we ship your order. We can sometimes get things to you sooner if need be, but please be patient, making tough goods takes time and we refuse to rush and will never sacrifice quality for expediency.

APPAREL MANUFACTURING

We use the best available factories in North America to make our apparel. All of our knits are made here in the San Francisco Bay Area, and all waterproof apparel is put together up there in Canada. Check out the apparel line here.
