Returns and exchanges should be in as-new condition. Bags should be packed flat. Apparel should be clean and folded. Dirty and worn bags will NOT be accepted for exchanges/returns. If deemed acceptable, all returns will be completed 5-7 business days from date received. Processing will take longer for any products received without a Product Return Form.
