$7 Flat Rate is available in the continental US only. We ship with UPS primarily, and with FedEx when it is called for. Domestic orders will ship the same day if received before 1:00PM Pacific Time M-F. Depending on where you're located, ground shipping generally takes 3-7 days for delivery from time of shipment. If you need to receive your order by a specific date (leaving town etc.) please indicate this in the comments section of your order form or give us a call at our San Francisco shop - 415-864-7225.

We ship with USPS for all APO shipments, however our shopping cart is not set-up for it. The solution is to: 1. Enter your billing address zip code. 2. Select the UPS $7 ground shipping and proceed to the Secure Checkout page. 3. Enter your APO address in the "Special shipping instructions or comments" section with "ATTN:APO" as the first line. APO orders will ship typically within one week of us receiving the order.
