The Friija Leather Collection
Kero leather is rare, and expensive. But there is nothing else like it in the world…
Kero is made from reindeer that roam free for most of their life and are harvested in their native habitat by the indigenous Sami people of Northern Sweden. The skins are then vegetable-tanned in small batches 80 km north of the Arctic Circle by third-generation master craftsmen at the Kero Leather Tannery.
The result is a leather that is as soft and flexible as the finest Italian lamb skin, but also durable enough to last a lifetime.
The Mission Workshop Friija Collection contains three new pieces made from this very special leather.
