Our returns and exchanges policy was written with the intent to maintain a balance between providing the highest level of customer service and maintaining a sustainable business model.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return any unused items within 45 days of purchase in original condition for a full refund less any incurred shipping charges and a $7.50 flat-rate freight/processing charge (U.S. orders only). All returns must be in new and unused condition and include original hang tags and packaging. International return rates vary by country and are calculated on the international return link below.
Returns take 10-12 business days from receipt at our warehouse to inspect, restock and process your refund and/or credit. We’ll send a confirmation email when your refund has been issued to the original payment method.
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
Once processed, returns setup for store credit/exchange will be emailed a credit for the value of the item(s) received that can be used at missionworkshop.com or our San Francisco retail store.
Items purchased anywhere except missionworkshop.com or at our San Francisco retail store, must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Any item that has been modified, altered or changed in any way other than its original form is not eligible for returns / exchanges / warranty.
Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless otherwise noted.
