Mission Workshop products are made in small batches. Often, specific styles and sizes sell out immediately, creating a scarcity for a lot of our pieces. When an item is returned, someone else will want that specific item. We owe it to that customer to make sure that the product is in mint condition. Other companies have much more stock, and in many cases, destroy returned products. We produce in limited runs, and each item is coveted.
